Project Management

If you require us solely for managing your building project, our fees are flexible - charged either as a monthly rate or as a percentage of the total building cost. This approach ensures transparency and allows us to provide the level of support your project needs.

  • Do you require us to project manage only?
  • Do you require only wet work?
  • Do you require us to help with finishes?

Renovations

We discuss and agree on all expenses and materials on a project per project basis.
